The Guide is intended to be a one-stop shop for care home staff from caterers and care home assistants to care home managers and care home policy makers.
It includes essential information about dysphagia, recipes suitable for residents with swallowing difficulties and specialist training modules for catering staff. It is accessible on Android or iOS tablets.

The Guide was developed in collaboration with Luto, Making Sense Ltd and experts in dysphagia from Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, supported by funding from Innovate UK and the Abbeyfield Research Foundation.
