ELAROS launch Autonom-e + subscription for Long Covid and ME/CFS self-management
We are excited to announce our Autonon-e + app to the Long Covid and ME/CFS community.
Recognising the rapid decline in Long Covid service commissioning and the difficulty in accessing remaining ME/CFS and Long Covid services, challenges being taken seriously in primary care, and the need for a cohesive toolkit of assessments, monitoring tools, and credible support resources, we have launched “Autonom-e +” to the public.
The app is free to download to complete:
- The Yorkshire Rehabilitation Scale, a gold standard outcome measure for Long Covid
- The FUNCAP27, a leading measure of functional capacity validated in ME/CFS
- The EQ-5D-5L, a gold standard quality of life measure used for decades in health services
- Our daily symptom and exertion diaries and goal-setting module
- A range of support resources produced by health organisations and charities
Users are able to generate health reports to interpret their information and share with clinical teams for a monthly fee, available in the app.
