Ben MacKellar Joins Elaros as Software Development Intern

In March, Ben MacKellar joined ELAROS for a Software Development Internship to support the advancement of The Dysphagia Guide, one of our latest innovations.

Ben holds an MSc in Software Engineering from the University of Westminster and an MEng in Bioengineering from The University of Sheffield. With three years’ experience as a Device Engineer at GSK, he brings a unique combination of healthcare and software expertise to the role. Ben has spent the last year developing his software skills, from the fundamentals to creating applications in modern frameworks.

Ben first discovered ELAROS in 2016 as a Bioengineering student and was inspired by our patient-centred approach to digital health. He was keen to contribute to the creation of user-focused medical technologies designed to improve patient outcomes and streamline healthcare delivery.

It is a pleasure to have Ben join the team!
