Autonom-e + is a publicly available version of our Autonom-e app, designed specifically for people with Long Covid and ME/CFS for personal management and access to research, without a referral to a clinical service
- Download autonom-e app directly from the App Store for free
- Complete validated health assessments: C19-YRSm, EQ-5D-5L, and FUNCAP for both conditions
- Track symptoms, exertion, and goals each day
- Share health reports with clinicians or your employer
- Access translatable support resources produced by health organisations and charities
- Participate in national research studies, including the NIHR funded HERITAGE study and Imperial College Rosetta Stone project
- Access future updates driven by research with patients for the price of a coffee per month

Our public app does not include:
- Any medical advice, diagnoses or guaranteed referral into a service.
- Access to our web portal intended for clinical staff using our full system.
- Other configurable health questionnaires like GAD-7, PHQ-9, WHO-5, WPI-SS intended for clinical practice.
