ELAROS Appoints New Research and Development Manager

ELAROS appoints Román Rocha Lawrence to the post of Research & Development Manager 

ELAROS is pleased to announce the appointment of Román Rocha Lawrence to the post of Research & Development Manager which he will begin at the company on the 1st of August 2020.

Román joined ELAROS in July 2019, through a 12-week Santander SME funded Programme, having graduated from the University of Sheffield with a First Class Honours in his Bioengineering (MEng) degree. Following the completion of his internship, Román was offered a full-time place onto ELAROS’s intensive Graduate Trainee Management Scheme. 

Román has now passed through the graduate programme and made a real and significant impact on the company, including, initiating an important new academic relationship.

In his new role, Román will manage, mentor and support ELAROS’s newest colleague – our Graduate Trainee Technology Manager – who will join the company through the Santander SME Programme on the 14 September 2020. This new colleague will be announced on the 31 July 2020.
