Celia Hobbs joins ELAROS for Software Quality Assurance Internship
ELAROS has selected Celia Hobbs to joins the company for the Summer Internship Programme in the role of Software Quality Assurance Intern.
Celia is a recent graduate from The University of Sheffield, with a First Class MEng (Hons) in General Engineering and a specialisation in Medical Technologies. This interdisciplinary degree involved studying principles of many engineering disciplines, such as civil, mechanical and electrical, and understanding their specific applications within the medical industry.
She has a particular interest in insilico medicine and computational modelling, and her Final Year Project focused on the use of an electrical analogue to model cardiovascular blood flows.
Celia has been appointed to the Software Quality Assurance Internship and will be working to test product quality, facilitate bug fixing and ensure quality management documents and processes meet necessary regulations and standards, facilitated by our colleague, Henry Robinson.
Aside from her role at ELAROS, Celia was the co-founder and president of The University of Sheffield Ceramics Society and enjoys playing touch rugby with the Sheffield Engineers RFC.
We are excited to have Celia join the team and work with the rest of the team.
